What should I do if I haven't received my Medical/Dental/Vision Cards?
Answer - Planstin sends an electronic version of your card(s) to your email on file a few days after your effective date. Look for an email from Salesforce. Your physical card(s) will arrive in the mail approximately two weeks from your effective date. If you haven't received any email or your card(s) and it has been more than two weeks since your effective date, reach out to Planstin Member Services directly at 888-920-7526. You can confirm your email and physical address and they can resend your electronic and physical card(s).
How can I change or update the amount of my HSA Contribution?
Answer - Reach out to your HR department and let them know you would like to update your contribution and give them the updated amount. Your HR department will contact HCap Strategy and we will make the adjustment to your HSA Contribution. You can also call HCap Strategy directly at 435-239-3154 and let us know that you would like to update your HSA contribution and we will make the adjustment and contact your HR Department.
